Rates do not include 10 % government tax and 15 % service charge
A refundable Security Deposit of US$ 3000.00 is required upon final payment of booking.
A 5% delivery charge is added to all grocery purchases, receipts will be presented upon check out.
A 4-night minimum stay is required, except during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and Easter when there is a 7-night minimum.
Payment Policy: 50% deposit at time of booking to confirm reservation, 50% 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 90 days prior to arrival, deposit of 50% will be refunded, after 90 days deposit will be forfeited.
